The Universe will be full of colors in two days! Miss Universe Philippines National Costume Show, September 23, Empire.PH YouTube Channel. Don’t. Miss. This! According to a source, this year’s costumes were inspired by the costumes worn by our illustrious Pre-War Carnival Queens .

After announcing the Final 30 delegates who will battle it out for the finals of Miss Universe Philippines 2021, two ladies had to quit the competition due to medical conditions.
