Mrs. Kalayaan 2023 Crowned

Eighty two year old, Talisay, Batangas native, Erlinda De Leon- Cabrera, was crowned Mrs. Kalayaan 2023 at the culmination of the pageant held in Astoria, Queens, New York. Mrs. Kalayaan and her court will be featured at this year’s Philippine Independence Day Parade and will be involved in PIDCI’s projects for the entire year.
