Daniela Lei from Trujillo, Peru was crowned Miss Teen Universe in Dubai last March 7, 2022. Misses South Africa and India placed second and third respectively.
Kylie Luy of the Philippines was adjudged Miss Teen Universe-Asia and was declared Best in Costume . Cary Santiago designed her winning costume.
