Pride comes to the Philippine Consulate…For the very first time Pride Month was celebrated at the Philippine Consulate General in New York. The event was hosted by Cicero Oca and Kim Itskov.
Honorable Consul General Elmer Cato welcomed members of the LGBTQ+ Community and acknowledged their contributions to the Filipino-American Community. Boots Babushka, an icon of the Philippines LGBTQ+ Community, gave two superb performances during this fabulous night.
